SOCIAL HOUSING PROJECT IN MONTEVIDEO, URUGUAY

Located in the Sayago neighborhood of Montevideo, this social housing project was developed as part of a government initiative promoted by the National Housing Agency (ANV). The design combines functionality and affordability, aligning with the objectives of providing quality housing solutions for the local community. The project integrates residential apartments with ground-floor commercial spaces, fostering a sense of urban vitality and enhancing the neighborhood’s social fabric.

With a total area of 2,000 square meters, the work focused exclusively on the conceptual design and executive project phases. The architecture prioritizes efficient layouts, natural light, and modern aesthetics, delivering a sustainable and inclusive solution tailored to the needs of its future residents. This project reflects a commitment to improving urban living standards through thoughtful design.
