INTER-AMERICAN DEVELOPMENT BANK CONSULTANCY

I was a consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank within the Smart Cities Uruguay initiative, as member of the IBER-GEO, IAAC and M-CRIT consortium. Contributed to the sustainable transformation of ten public spaces in Uruguay through the integration of ICT systems, gender-sensitive planning frameworks and climate adaptation strategies, advancing urban resilience and ecological infrastructure at the municipal scale.
